Returns Policy for Perfume Oils and Bottles (South Africa)
Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a product. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we have outlined our returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from our store.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt and/or packing slip or order number is required.
2. Timeframe for Returns:
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
- Please ensure that the returned product reaches our store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
-For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used perfume oils and bottles, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

4. Returns Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email (info@perfumeoils.co.za), providing your order details and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.
5. Refunds and Exchange process:
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days and a charge of 10% is applicable to the refund amount.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will provide you with a store credit or assist you in selecting an alternative product of equal value.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products:
- If you receive faulty or damaged products, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Provide us with details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the fault or damage.
- We will either arrange for a replacement to be sent or provide you with a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Missing or lost in transit items:
If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 7 calendar days from the date your order was received. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Once we receive your claim, we will investigate the matter to verify the missing item(s). If the claim is approved, a full refund for the missing item(s) will be issued or a Replacement of the missing items will be provided. This decision is yours to make.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed after the investigation has been completed. The exact time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the original payment method or financial institution.
