Shipping policy
Subject to availability, orders will be dispatch within 2 - 4 working days from receipt of payment.
Most of our shipping is handled by our third-party partner, Bex Express. For full details, please refer to their Terms and Conditions available on their website.

Courier services are simply an added convenience we offer to ensure that our products reach you quickly and efficiently.
Once the order has left with the courier, Perfume Oils cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery.
The customer accepts that proof of delivery is established once an individual at the specified delivery address signs for the goods.
Missing or Lost Packages:
We have no control over missing or lost packages. However, we can assist in resolving shipping issues in consultation with the shipping company. If you experience a missing package, please contact us via email: sales@perfumeoils.co.za or WhatsApp number.
Perfume Oils Driver Deliveries:
Orders eligible for local deliveries by our driver must be completed and paid by 10h00, Monday to Friday.
While we strive to ensure that your goods are delivered promptly, please note that same‑day delivery cannot be guaranteed. We remain committed to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible and will make every effort to meet your needs.
To confirm whether your location falls within our driver service boundaries, please provide your full address or a nearby landmark, and we will verify it for you.
Please note: Going forward, deliveries to the following areas will be serviced twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) ONLY:
• Table View
• Parklands
• Sandown
• Cape Town CBD
• Woodstock
• Salt River
Regular delivery services will stay as is for the other areas!
